Sun room installation process introduction

The sun room is also known as the glass room, and its design uses the glass and metal frame to build a full light non-traditional building, in order to enjoy the sun, close to nature.

When installing the sun room, after preparing a series of preliminary work, we mainly carry out the sun room installation according to the following process:

1. Elastic line: According to the elevation of the drawing and the location size of the sunshine roof and the measured center line, the position line of the main skeleton of the sunshine roof is popped out.

2. Embedded parts: According to the position of the main skeleton of the sun roof on the elevation control line, check whether the upper surface elevation of the anti-beam of the hole meets the design requirements. If there is any difference, it should be chiseled or levelled with high-strength cement mortar. After reaching the strength, release the expansion bolt position line according to the size of the embedded steel plate in the detailed drawing of the deepening design node, and then drill holes to place the expansion bolts and install the steel plate and expansion bolt for fixing. Then cast the center line of the main skeleton onto the embedded steel plate.

3. Installation of the main skeleton: According to the position line of the main skeleton of the pop-up sun roof, the 80*80*2.0 square steel pipe main skeleton is assembled on the roof, placed on the position line with manpower, and welded with the embedded steel plate after being temporarily fixed in the middle, and then installed from one end to the other end until all is completed.

Fourth, the installation of insulating glass: according to the deepened design layout position, the insulating glass with the appropriate size will be prepared for installation, and the edge, longitudinal seam and transverse seam of the glass will be in a line after installation.

Fifth, glue, installation wrap: After fully checking the installation quality of insulating glass, install insulating glass, while playing weatherproof glue, after installation, and then install stainless steel wrap.
